So my first day of the Suicide Station Kindle Scout campaign is done and the first word that comes to mind is:
whew!
I had the morning all planned out. Posts, tweets, videos, share, share, share. But the best laid plans of mice and men and blah, blah, blah.
To make a long story short, someone had a computer emergency that I had to tend to. Said emergency took me all morning and I wound up doing the multitasking jig from Hell.
- Download…post.
- Install…share.
- Upgrade…tweet.
- Ad-freakin-nauseum.
In the end, however, it all wound up fine. Nothing caught fire, I didn’t walk out of the house without pants on, romance was still in the air. Fortunately, I’d planned ahead with various and sundry sundries ready to launch. Everything went without much of a hitch in anyone’s getalong.
When the dust settled, Suicide Station wound up on the Kindle Scout hot list for a good part of the day and people were talking, sharing, having coffee, loving, touching, squeezin’…
each other.
Sorry, didn’t mean to go on that Journey.
Day two holds a few special treats. First off I’ll be recording an interview for Tin Foil Hat with Heather. The podcast will air Monday the 14th. Next up I get to return to the great one’s Arm Cast Podcast. By “great one”, of course, I mean Armand Rosamilia. I believe this will be my third showing on Arm Cast Podcast.
But I’m always in Armand’s heart.
If you’ve not yet checked out the Suicide Station Kindle Scout page, please do. Read the sample and, if you feel it worthy of an Amazon contract, click the Nominate Me button. Don’t forget, should the book be selected, everyone that nominated it will get a free ebook copy!
Tagline of the day for Suicide Station: Happy Ever Afterlife.
By the way, has anyone figured out the 80s pop culture reference in my special audio message on this site?
Talk to ya later.
‘Doh!
