Midnight. A monster so despicable it cannot be hidden prowls the London streets. The monster is Edward Hyde; he will not stop until blood stains the cobbles.
Dr. Henry Jekyll bears witness but can do nothing to stop his demented alter ego from slaughtering another innocent. Even in the light of day the murderous persona can only be kept at bay for so long.
Desperate to free himself of this curse, Jekyll develops a theory he hopes will rid him of this shadow killer, an idea that might cure the similarly afflicted, thus saving them from the brutal asylums of the nineteenth century. Hyde, however, has different machinations; his only respite from madness is the bloody mayhem he forces on Jekyll every night.
As he fights against the rising tide of madness and self-hatred, Jekyll discovers love could await him on the other side of the battleā¦but will he be too late?
