Gothica update redux

I just heard back from my editor she has completed the second half of Gothica! What does this mean? It means it’s close to enjoying a complete relaunch. I do have some work to do on the ending, but that work should be completed so that Gothica will hit the shelves for the re-launch by next week. At least in theory.

This was such a great process for a number of reasons, on a number of levels. First and foremost, it was great to re-connect with one of my earlier works. Diving back into the world of Jamie and Skip only reminded me how much I enjoyed writing and reading their relationship. This got me pumped for picking up where I left off on their journey. Before I neatly tucked Jamie and Skip away for a rest, I outlined the third book in the Fringe Killer series about Halloween Murders. The book has no working title yet, but it has a fleshed out outline. That outline means writing the book will take me no time at all.

Of course, I have plenty of other plans for our wonder twins. But on the front burner is getting Gothica back out and hot and then giving A Blade Away the same re-launch as Gothica received.

And, as always, if you have any questions about any of my books, feel free to contact me via email at jlwallen [at] monkeypantz [dot] net.
